Coastalvillas is a small family run business. Since 2001 we focus on the seasonal rental of villas and apartments that meet our high standards. Location, equipment and decoration are of high importance to us.
Our experienced team speaks spanish, catalan, german, english, french and dutch and will be more than pleased to assist you in your travel arrangements.

Heritage
Our family has been in the tourism business since the very start of tourism on the Costa Brava in the 1950's. My mother Margot Rothe Brunner (1926-2006) has been commemorated on various occasions as the pioneer of tourism on the Costa Brava. We grew up living in our hotel amidst many tourists, so have the tourism business literally in our blood!
Concept
Our concept is what the name says; the renting of CoastalVillas, on good locations, luxurious, well decorated villas. Located close to airports, golf courses, watersport activities and cultural areas, to ensure a pleasant mix between beach and cultural or culinary nightlife. But most important we like to offer a more Personal Touch to your stay in one of our villas, which you can check out on the "Services" page. We want to make your stay 'unforgettable', instead of 'just renting a house for the holiday this year'.

Are your villas well equipped?
Yes, they are very well equipped.Each villa description includes a list of what it contains.
How can I book a villa ?
Once you have decided to book a villa with us (thank you for that) you just need to fill in the Contact form. The minimum stay and price are shown on the screen. You can use the same form if you require other Information. Once you click : "Send" we will be automatically notified. A copy of this form will be sent to your email-address automatically. Sometimes it is possible you get a "Hold" on the villa of your choice for a maximum of 1 week. This depends on various factors so you need to get in touch with us.Is an internet connection available?
The majority of our villas have free internet available. See villa specification.In case there is no internet connection available, we supply 3G internet connection for 45€ per week.
Just bring your laptop and you'll and get connected!
Do you have baby cribs and high chairs available?
Yes, we supply both for free. The crib includes bedlinen.We will arrive early, is that possible?
We realize you have had a long and exhausting trip and that you are very tired.However the change-overs on Saturdays are extremely hectic and we have to get it done in 6 hours. That means, clean the villa, make the beds, do minor repairs etc.
So unfortunately it is not possible to enter sooner than at 5 pm.
On the day of departure you have to leave by 10 am. at the latest.
In low season it may be possible to enter the villa earlier or leave later if it is not occupied.
We want to celebrate a special occasion during our stay, is that possible?
Of course it is and we will be happy to make your stay with us even more memorable.# You want a special birthdaycake as dessert in the restaurant of your choice? No Problem.
# You need taxis to get you there and back so that everyone can drink? No Problem.
# You have friends come over for 2 nights and need extra bedlinen? No Problem.
# You want to get married in one of the wonderful settings of this area? No Problem.
Is the little Chapel on the sea where you look down on from your villa suitable?
Or do you prefer an old monastery some 5 kilometres in-land followed by dinner under the stars in a magnificent setting?
Perhaps you like more an old fortress on top of a hill with breathtaking views, good food, specialised in these kind of occasions?
Or do you prefer the intimacy of one of our villas and have the food catered?
