A beautiful villa on a quiet spot with fabulous sea views and a great vacation house for one or two families!
Villa Bella Vista is situated in a beautiful residential bay with fantastic views of the ocean, two beach areas and the old Seamen's monastery.
The secluded beaches can be reached by foot (5 minutes) or by car (one minute). Ample parking at these beaches.
Bella Vista, very well built three years ago using high standards and quality materials, has been decorated by an interior designer. It provides all the luxury, a pleasant decor and contemporary furniture and amenities for a careless and enjoyable stay. Shopping and restaurants in Blanes are close by and can be reached via the winding coastal road. (approx. 5 minutes) The nearby botanic gardens are a must to visit during your stay.

As the name of the villa implies, the view from the terraces, most bedrooms and pool-area are fabulous. Shade for lounging and siestas are provided by large garden umbrellas.
The villa has a private garage, although there is plenty of parking available on the street. The ground floor is one stairway up from the street and leads you to the main living-area, kitchen, large separate dining room and another sitting area. Satellite TV/Stereo equipment/DVD are at your disposal. In the hallway you'll find the toilet with shower.
The kitchen has all the equipment you need (microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, over, ceramic cooking plates) and has direct access to the very large sun-terrace with teak garden furniture and a BBQ. Sliding doors from the living room also lead to this main terrace. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom which has a bathroom en-suite and a balcony with sea view.
Furthermore there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and the 3rd bathroom. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk-beds to sleep four persons. All bedrooms have built-in closets and are equipped with fans for a fresh breeze during summer nights. For the winter period the villa is equipped with central heating.
In the garden behind this villa is a large private pool (7x3.5 mtrs) with a sunny terrace and 6 sun loungers. This area has sun all day and from here you have the ultimate Mediterranean view. Umbrellas provide shade if wanted.
