This new villa is located close to the beach at 400 meters; a 10-minute walk or 2 minutes by car!
You enter this lovely villa at the top-floor. From here you have access to the large private roof-terrace with furniture and fabulous Mediterranean views.
One level down you'll find the hall with toilet, the nicely decorated living room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD/radio/CD.
The separate kitchen is light and spacious. It has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Both the living room and kitchen have access to the covered balcony with teak-furniture and BBQ. There is also a washing room with a washing machine.
From the hall you have access to 2 very large double/triple bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bath/toilet/shower
One level down is the master bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi, and another 2 double bedrooms with connecting bathroom (shower/toilet).
These 3 bedrooms all have sliding door access to the adjacent terrace. From here you reach the large, semi salted swimming pool (8x4 meters.) and another large terrace with 6 sun-loungers.
Bedroom number 4 has its private bathroom with toilet/shower and can easily occupy 3 persons.
All bedrooms have wall-fans.
This villa has a semi-salted pool. This means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes!
