The inviting balcony has an automatic sunshade and teak furniture. The villa is very tastefully decorated with far-eastern touches.
Next to the main entrance there is a separate double bedroom with a washbasin.
From the entrance hall you reach a toilet, the comfortable living room with fireplace, satellite-TV and cd/stereo equipment, and the large kitchen with cooler/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooking plates and oven. All kitchen utensils & appliances are available.

Walking down the stairs there is a master bedroom with a luxury bathroom en-suite. The view from the bed is breathtaking.
Another bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra bed. One bedroom with a double bed and sliding doors for direct access to the pool. Large second bathroom with bath/shower. Separate room with washing machine and iron.
All bedrooms have large built-in closets and a wall-mounted fan.
From the balcony you reach the garden, private pool (6x3 mtr) and terrace with furniture and BBQ. This villa has a semi-salt pool. This means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes!
Everything has been finished with quality materials. It has electrical heating throughout the villa for the chilly winter months.

The beach is at 400 meters; a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive.
Private parking for 1 car and ample parking space in the quiet street.
