Our first villa holiday turned out to be a great choice. Fab views of the sea from the balcony. Great layout with the living room ontop and the bedrooms below. Pool was a great plus with the kids, in it til midnight most nights. Villa was clean and included a mid week clean. Booking was faultless and emails answered quickly. We were visted twice by the management company during the week in order to check if was all ok. Already recommended the villa to friends at work We would love to return in the future.

Sehr nette Ansprechpartner, das macht ein großes Maß der Zufriedenheit im Gesamtbild aus! Die Aussicht war super, Das Haus und der Pool sauber und wurden gereinigt unter der Woche. Dear Richard, We are home, safe and sound. Thank you for an absolutely magical week on the Costa Brava. The house is truly spectacular, and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. I'm sorry we missed you on your two visits, I would have liked to thank you in person. While it was very tempting to lounge on the decks overlooking the sea, lounging is not a concept with my 2 and 5 year old boys support, so we stayed on the run all week... and had a blast. Marineland and a ride up to Tossa on Sunday, Montserrat on Monday, Girona on Tuesday, a spectacular two days in Barcelona on Wednesday and Thursday, and back to see the castle in Tossa on Friday. Thank you for having the starter pack ready for us, it was desperately needed, and enjoyed upon our arrival. Thank you, too, for being so responsive when we found out that Joe's sister and brother-in-law intended to stay. The cleaning person was very sweet and did an excellent job. We saw many wonderful and important things during our two days in Barcelona.... and ate some splendid meals, too. There are two restaurants, Bubo and Caputxes in back of Sta Maria del Mar that we also recommend. The tapas at Bubo are not to be believed. Little works of art to eat. Everything was perfect, largely because you were so accessible and made things easy for us. Wish you were available for all of our vacations! Many, many thanks. Sincerely, Diane

Hierbij wil ik graag mijn reactie geven op de 2 weken vakantie die wij hebben gehad in Villa Maxine. Op zoek naar een villa met zwembad in Noord Spanje kwamen we al surfend bij de website www.thecoastalvillas.com. Kijkend naar de informatie op deze site overviel mij het gevoel "dit kan niet waar zijn" aangezien wij al eerder bij een andere organisatie villa"s met zwembad hadden gehuurd en thecoastalvillas veel meer service aanbood dan dat wij gewend waren. Wat the coastalvillas onder de tab services aanbood, bij aankomst een coastal villas starters food pakket, bedlinnen gratis, handdoeken gratis, en deze worden 1 x per week vervangen, gratis kinderbedje en wat er allemaal in de villa aanwezig is was voor ons ongekend en gaf dus twijfel van dit kan niet waar zijn. Maar toch besloten om te boeken want wij wilde wel eens ontdekken of dit allemaal waar was. Nu wij 2 weken vakantie hebben gehad kan ik alleen maar zeggen dat de verwachtingen ons overtroffen en wij een supervakantie hebben gehad. De service die thecoastalvillas biedt is meer dan uitstekend, zij begrijpen waarom mensen vakantie vieren en doen er alles aan om aan de wensen tegemoet te komen en daarnaast was de villa ook super met een prachtig uitzicht over zee. Ik wil Richard en zijn team dan ook bedanken voor de uitstekende vakantie die wij hebben gehad en komen zeker weer terug. Groeten, René

Dear Richard and Margaret Thank you very much for a lovely holiday. All the members of our party had a really good time, no mean feat considering the wide age differences. The villa was excellent and was ideally situated for us. The celebrations that were on whilst we were there were an unexpected bonus, especially the fireworks, they were fantastic. Sitting on the beach watching them was an unforgettable experience, worth returning for even if Blanes hadn't been such a nice place to stay. Are they on every year at the same time? I wish we had come a week later so that we could have seen all of the competing countries. Who won in the end? The younger children enjoyed the fair and the craft stalls and the local food exhibition were also interesting. I was pleasantly surprised with Blanes as my biggest fear was that it would be very touristy and full of British holidaymakers like LLoret, not the case thankfully. The shopping was good as were the bars and restaurants. I do believe that we were in the right part of town though as the other side of the rock seemed much busier. We just want to say a big thank you to you both and to all of your family and staff for making our hoilday as special as it was. I don't know if we will return in future years but it will not be because we didn't enjoy both the villa and the area, but as you know things change and kids grow up and by next year our numbers may be less. However we will not hesitate in recommending The Coastal Villas to friends and other members of our family. Once again THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!! Best Regards

Sorry to have missed you!!! We went into Barcelona Sunday and Monday, The cars were a good suggestion, we found it very easy to get around and even managed to stuff all our luggage into them. The villa was delightful, we had a super time. Thank you for all your assistance, especially for racing down to pick up our luggage and all the helpful tips on where to go and eat. We found the bakery (yum!), went to a couple of the restaurants and actually got to spend one whole day on the beach. We really didn't want to leave. It was very nice to meet you face to face. Alles was prima in orde en we hebben genoten van het uitzicht, het heerlijke strand, heerlijk gebakken aan het zwembad. Ook bedankt voor alle tips voor onze uitstapjes. Beste Richard, Wat hebben we genoten in El Rancho!! We vonden het allemaal echt super, en wat een eer om als eersten in deze prachtige villa te mogen bivakkeren. Het was echt moeilijk om onszelf te motiveren nog wat anders te gaan doen dan genieten van het heerlijke zwembad en de prachtige omgeving, meer dan dat hadden we eigenlijk geen van allen nodig! (Behalve de mannen, die regelmatig de PGA Golf de Cataluna hebben bezocht!) Ook heel veel dank voor de flexibiliteit dat we wat later mochten blijven -- het blijft een beetje schipperen met het regelen van vluchten die aansluiten bij de tijd van aankomst en vertrek. We realiseren ons dat we daarin 'echte Hollanders' waren!! Muchas gracias y, espero, hasta pronto,

Dear Richard... Well settled back in the office after a really nice stay in Spain I have to say that we were really impressed by the villa and all its surroundings. We all enjoyed our stay very much and we managed to see a lot of the Cathalonian district incl. Tossa Del Mar and Gerona, two of my favourites. When it comes to feedback I must say that the villa has been decorated very nicely. Fantastic view, nice swimming pool. Soo nice with a dishwasher and all the other electrical equipment in the kitchen and very handy that there are bedlinen and towels included in the rent package (not the kind of things you want to carry with you around half of Europe). Thank you also for the two nice bottles of red wine that you had left out for us... very kind indeed. Have a nice spring/summer and again thanks to both you and your wife for making our stay in Spain as comfortable as you did. Kind regards,
