This lovely villa has superb Mediterranean view, whilst the beach is only a 10-minute walk.
It has a hall and large living room with TV, satellite, DVD and stereo equipment. From here as well as from the large balcony with teak furniture, you will enjoy the fabulous views both during the day and night. Dining room and separate kitchen with washing machine/dishwasher/oven/ microwave.
On the lower floor you'll find the master bedroom with bathroom (bubble bath) and 3 more bedrooms: one double bedroom with 2 individual beds, one double bedroom with double bed and a triple bedroom with a bunk bed + extra bed. Here is a second bathroom with shower/toilet. All bedrooms have wall-fans.

The garden has orange trees and is fenced all around. Through the garden you reach the large pool (8 x 4 meters) and sun-terrace with sun beds, garden furniture & BBQ.
Here you'll find the self-contained apartment with a triple bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet, summer kitchen and living room with double sofa bed.
Electrical heating for the winter months.
This villa is located in a residential area with little traffic and ample parking space. It has a covered car park for 2 cars.

The beach is at 400 meters; a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive.
This villa has a semi-salt pool. This means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes!
