We like to help you in making your stay with us 'unforgettable' by suggesting various ways to spend your precious time in Catalonia - Spain.Therefore we have put together several Holiday packages, nothing compulsory, just different, Spanish ideas of trips to make, places to visit, restaurants (Spanish - local), not the busy tourist places, but special places not very well known to the large public but giving this unique flavour to this country.
In each of our houses you'll find a folder with all the packages documented - including a route-planner.

We will be pleased to make a reservation for you, however note that most of these restaurants need to be booked 6 months in advance.
The information booklet in each of our villas contains various suggestions for local good quality restaurants.
Rental Procedure
Below we set out the procedure for the renting of a Villa with the Coastal Villas.Once you have decided to rent with us we will send you a rental-contract. You need to print, read carefully and fill in your full name and address details and then sign the contract. Return to us at fax number 00-34-931-845786 or by scanned email to info@coastalvillas.net
We will countersign the contract and send it back to the fax number or email you have indicated.
To confirm the booking you should pay 30% of the total rental-sum (excl. the refundable security deposit of Euro 500 per rental) within 5 days of contract date.
This can be done by money transfer (make sure you pay all bank transfer charges) to our account, by credit card or by Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card please note that the surcharge is 3%. Fill-out the credit-card payment form and fax it to us. (paying by credit card you save the charges for international payment transfers). We accept Mastercard, Amex, Visa and Eurocard.
Eight weeks before the rental commences you need to pay the remainder of the rental sum. The Euro 500 refundable security-deposit will be charged to your credit card. This will be returned to the credit card in the week after your stay.
You do not need to wait on the day of departure until we have checked the villa, however please mention anything that broke during your stay before you leave.
